I want to send my friend App as an gift. (I have ipod touch & she have iphone 4S)

I have credits on my acount! but when I want to send it ask me to set up "Peyment information". what I don't want to do.

(When I opened my account I chose "none")

Is there anyway to send the app whitout setting "Peyment card"

I DON'T have credit card. this is the problem.
