how do I block unwanted senders in my e-mail?

Please stop wasting our time by telling us a bunch of things we already know. Outlook has been providing email blocking since the beginning. Every other type of mail server has ability to block email. Apple has chosen not to for some reason, and it's about time they came clean and told us why.

Hello:

Your ISP should (most of them do) have a capability to block senders. The Mail application does not (as far as I know). If you get unwanted mail, mark it junk.
