Does anyone know the known issue when update your Mac OS X 10.7.2 to Mac OS X Update Combined (10.7.5) (2GB download)?

Dear Community,

I am not sure whether anyone knew any known issue when we do this?

Software Update keep telling me to download 2GB "Mac OS X Update Combined" and they said it is version 10.7.5

First, I never update Mac OS X before and second I am not sure whether all of my software and printer are going to work after the update complete or not.

Please advise your comment if any.

Regards,

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

You must update OS X to the latest version. Everything will work correctly after upgrading, but you must make a backup before. Install it without worrying because 10.7.5 only includes bug fixes and features, but it's the same OS that you were using on 10.7.2
