The safari 6 saga continues...ad nauseum

I've followed all the threads I can find on this issue with Safari, and tried to apply their suggestions

resetting it, deleting the cache, uninstalling 3rd party extensions, removing the prefs file(s)


but this is as far as Safari ever gets whenever I launch.




what can be done?

iMac 3.0 GHZ Intel core 2 duo, Mac OS X (10.5.7)
