Can you undo a backup?
I restored a backup from my old phone to my new phone but I lost all of my new pictures that were put on my new phone. Is there any way to undo this backup so I can have all of my new pictures back?

No. Not unless you made a backup of the phone as it was before you restored it from an old backup.
