Video Artwork Not Displaying on External Drive

Hi All

I am having trouble getting video artwork display for files which are located on an external HDD. I have a mixed library with all the files on my local drive displaying their artwork correctly but none of the files on the external drive displaying correctly.

Anyone else having the same problem or does anyone have an idea?
