Is there any way to talk to an Apple person about a movie rental refund?
I updated my 2nd Gen Apple TV and rented a movie last night but it said 1.5 hrs for the download time. And to go to preferences for a quicker download in the future by lowering my res. I have high speed and Apple TV always was ready in a minute or two before.I could not wait that long so I need to talk to an Apple support person for a refund. Any help on how I actually talk to someone about this issue?
