Change Netflix iTunes billing to direct

My Netflix is billed through iTunes. I didn't want this. I wanted a separate card to be billed directly on Netflix.

The biggest problem is that apple will always deduct the subscription fee from any available balance first.

Can someone tell me how I can change this?

I've read a lot and found nothing.

Should I take it up with Apple or Netflix?
