Bluetooth will not turn off.
Bluetooth mouse stops responding. Unable to disconnect or turn bluetooth off on my Macbook Pro.

Hello:
You cannot turn BT off unless there is a wired mouse connected (while it is connected to a BT mouse).
I suggest you reset the PRAM and SMC.
Also, make the mouse a favorite.
