how to i get refunded for things that i didnt buy?
I checked my bank acct and there were charges from itunes looked at my order history and there we charges that we did not make> what do we do to get a refund?

If you didn't buy the items (including in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
