Hello ! Can someone help me ? The App Store icon has disapeared from my iPad mini. How can I get it back ?

Thanks ! I got the App Store back but I can't seem to find the Siri application.
What iPad model do you have ? If you have an iPad 3 or 4 (it's not available on the iPad 1 or 2) then you should be able to enable it via Settings > General > Siri, and you can then use it by pressing and holding the home button (it's not a separate app).

The OP says that the iPad is a Mini. So the OP first needs to make sure Siri is on in Settings. Then press and hold the Home button to use Siri.
