how can i download songs from my itunes library on my windows pc that i did not purchased from Apple to my iPAD?
I need to know how i can download songs from my itune library on my windows PC

Can I use iCloud?

Connect the device to iTunes, select it from the device list, navigate to the music tab, select the tunes you wish to sync and hit the sync button.
