Microsoft Exchange to Outlook 2007 contacts

A contact added to my iPhone5 doesn't sync correctly (or fully) with MS Outlook 2007 using Microsoft Exchange. When I add a contact to the iphone5, such as a business, without a first or last name, the business name and web address sync correctly, but the phone number and street address are left off the contact in Outlook 2007. I only sync through Microsoft Exchange and don't use iTunes or iCloud. The PC with Outlook 2007 is using Vista SP2.
