I just buy an ipad with retina display or called ipad 4. I use a app called battery doctor to check my spec ! And the app figure out that my ipad 4 was with a5x chipset, if not wrong it should be a6x right ! Anyone here got same problem like me ? What should I do ?

Thank deggie for your information ! That app is up to date and I use this app at iPhone 5 then it figure out that a6 chipset ! So that app should be no problem ! Deggie you using ipad 4 ? If can you try download that app and test it !

I do not have an iPad 4 but I can assure you yours has an A6X chip. Your iPad came out after the iPhone 5.

iPad 4 and the A6X chip came out in October. That means the Battery Doctor probably does not have the A6X chip as an option to display, so displays A5X as it would have been the newer one at the time of the last update available for an iPad.
