Apple TV Menu Freezes

Hi there,

I have the lastest Apple TV and am having a number of freezing issues. I have searched multiple forums but have not found a lot pertaining to my specific issue.

As I scroll through multiple different menus throughout my Apple TV, the screen constantly freezes. It takes a number of seconds for the screen to unfreeze.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Will Apple replace my Apple TV because of this issues? It is still covered under warrenty.

You could try restoring the Apple TV to factory settings using the instructions here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4367

If after that you still have issues, then it may be a hardware problem and Apple will probably replace the device since it's under warranty.

I tried restoring it and it did not make a difference. I am going to try calling Apple. Thanks for your help.
