We submitted and application  3-4 months ago to iTunes connect in order to upload an iBook for sale. Since that time, we have not received any email confimation from Apple.

 

We then tried the entire process again with another iTunes account to apply for a Connect account. Apple would not let us do this as it said that the Federal ID# was already in use.

 

When trying to log into the Connect site, we got he following error message:

"Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect."

 

We even tried the "forgot user ID" and Apple directed us to change the password.

 

Any thought?
