Boot Camp doesn't work on 2012 iMac?

I just got my new iMac, and I was hoping to be able to set up a Windows 7 partition on it, but when I start up the Boot Camp Assistant, I get this error message: "Boot Camp does not support installing Windows on this Mac. Boot Camp does not currently support installing Windows on a Mac with a 3 TB hard drive.", and it prompts me to Quit. Any idea why this is? Is this something that they're working on, will I be able to use it in the future?

iMac (27-inch, Late 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

my primary reason to run Windows via Boot Camp would be to run DirecTV2PC. This will not work with Parallels or Fusion. It has to be Boot Camp because that is the only one that will provide direct access to the video card.

If you are buying an iMac, do not choose the 3tb drive and do not choose the fusion drive option either.

I already knew that I had the options to return it or not return it. Call them what you will but your posts are not helpful. If your only response is one which anyone would already know - don't bother posting at all. I posted here looking for some useful advice or possibly some information that I may not already have. I did not come here seeking a lesson on the obvious.

This is the closest I've found to a solution. I haven't tried it myself and can't vouch for this method (yet) but its better than previous obvious recommendations.

Best of luck and let us know your results if you try before me.
