temperature warning on iphone comes up after I dropped my phone

My friend dropped my phone in a mug of beer a day ago. It turns on, holds a charge, and I can still go into apps, but almost right away the temperature warning comes on. I know the phone is not to hot. I think dropping it in the beer obviously damaged something. But hoping maybe someone has some advice as to something I can do?
