What are the cookies on my iPhone 4S that says: a814.phobos.apple.com?

I have a ton of cookies on my iPhone 4S that start with an lower case a followed by 3 numbers then .phobos.apple.com (I have a few of these cookies exactly as they appear on my phone at the end of this question) I have tons of these in my settings under website data. I can delete them one by one because I don't want to delete everything in my website data on my phone. I've read these are cookies from iTunes however I don't have these cookies on my macbook pro nor on my iPad mini so if thats the case then why not on my other 2 mac devices? Why just on my phone and how can I prevent them from loading down my cell phone's memory with all these cookies?

EXAMPLES:

a402.phobos.apple.com

a305.phobos.apple.com

a115.phobos.apple.com

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1
