Since upgrading to OS 6.0.1 my wife's Iphone 4s will not connect to home wifi. On checking Settings, the wifi button is greyed out and cannot be changed. Since upgrading OS this had been intermittent. I also have a 4S & no problem. I have tried resetting network settings, all settings, switched on and off many times, soft reset with the home & power button and still no resolution. Does anyone have any solution please ?

No success on my own so made an appointment at a local Apple Store Genius Bar. It turned out that the wifi card had failed & the Apple guy gave me a new phone without question. All done in around 10 mins in the store.

Looks like I'll need to do the same.
mine is doing this too. I had a brand new one last sunday as my other 4s went wrong so the apple store changed it for me and now this brand new one is not even letting me turn the wifi on its greyed out. another hour trip to the apple store it is then!!
