how do I fix my disabled iPhone 4s without restoring it?

I have 2500 pictures that I really want to keep and I haven't ever backed it up to itunes. This guy put a password on my phone and he keep telling me the wrong passwwords and now my phone says "Iphone is disabled connect to itunes"; but when I connect it to itunes, it tells me to enter the password first. I really want to keep everything on my phone. Please Help!!!
