Q: What about cold conditions?

My iPhone 5 has turned off on me twice when I was out snowboarding. The temperature was 26 degrees F. It acted like the battery was dead but before it died the battery was 70% and I was not able to turn it back on till it warmed up. Turned it back and the battery was 70%.

Any thoughts?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1
