my phone over heats, runs out of battery fast within the hour, dose not charge properly now its not even charging or turning on what to do ?

Those symptoms are consistent with a failed battery.

Apple can replace it for $79.

Try resetting it, if you have not already. Press and hold its Sleep / Wake and Home buttons simultaneously until the iPhone shuts off.
