You need to read more than one thread, there are many different ideas and solutions for many different people! I have done several different ones, of which, restoring my phone from backup, turn off all icloud except contacts, ( yet i still backup my phone through icloud weekly) and in itunes. Turned off all location services unless i need them, also notifications except the ones i actually use. And there are several more.

I agree with Stoneydeville.

I wish people would stop posting patronizing "battery saving tips" to help "solve" this problem.

It's not even 1pm and I've had to plug my iPhone in as it was at <20% battery. It used to last all day and then well into the next day prior to 6.0.2 with no change in usage patterns.

So - please stop posting battery saving tips if that's all you can offer.

Now - if anyone has any instructions on how to downgrade to 6.0.1 that would be something...

Thanks!

Funny, I had the same problem called apple and asked if there is a way to go back to 6.0.1 and they said "Apple is always moving forward so we do not allow previous versions to be updated", This is a complete crock of B.S. How can you ignore a apparent issue apple and offer no solutions to fix it or even worse accept any blame in having an issue. I went from a big apple supporter to thinking of you as just another self rightous company that has turned its back on the customers to earn an extra buck. Sellout!
