imac keeps freezing

IMAC Still keeps freezing, WHY?

I can only put my finger on one thing, when there is video graphics on web pages my IMAC freezes.

Any solutions from Apple or are they still too busy fighting Samsung!!!!

I suspect it has inadequate RAM, please carefully read Activity Monitor to read System Memory and determine how much RAM is being used then post back with your findings. BTW, we understand your frustration but there is no reason to post deragatory remarks.
