how to cancel automatic renewal

i lost my ipod like a month ago and i cant track it on my icloud idk why but yeah, and then i have this app on my ipod, (the one that got stolen) and it automaticaly renews, so every month i think it renews, i just wonder on how can i stop the automatic renewal on it.. it just taking my money and i dont even use that app since my ipod got stolen
