iPhone 4s water (liquid) damage help!?

On December 5th 2012 I was at the beach and I had my iPhone 4s wrapped in my towel on the sand, then the tide came in really quick and took my phone into the sea water. It still works but only the home button doesn't work. Then last night some time, (December 23rd 2012), the coffee machine leaked (water with a bit of coffee in it), and my iPhone was laying in it all night while I was asleep and now the charging port doesn't work. Will Apple replace it for free or for cheaper or what can they do? I'll be going to the Apple store in about 5 or so days.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1

Called an out of warranty replacement. Will cost you US $199 for an iPhone 4S. Make an appointment at any Apple store.

Why would apple replace it for free?

Your phone is broken because of your own negligence - do you have insurance? That might be the way to go

It wasnt negligence? It was way up on my towel on the beach and it is not my fault the tide came in so fast, I'm not from around where that happened so I don't know how fast tides come in. And second I had it connected to the charger where I have it every night, it is not my fault the coffee machine malfunctioned.

Act of God, negligence, doesn't matter, water damage of any kind is simply not covered by Apple's iPhone warranty. That's why Apple has the out of warranty replacement program.
