drop down search results window no longer functioning?

Hate to rehash this thread, but is the drop down search results window no longer functioning? I'm referring to the list that appears as you start typing in the search box. I don't seem to be getting that anymore. And also if I just perform a search I no longer have the "more options" link on the results page that would enable you to restrict the results to the forum you were in.
