I am 13 years old, i enter my credit card number it says to contact itunes support team, now i am unaware what to do next?

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.

When i enter my billing information it tells me to contacts the support team, i'm not sure what to do know?
