Time capsule restore didn't work

I had a new hard drive, battery and keyboard installed on my MacBook Pro. I brought it home and tried to restore from my time capsule. After five hours of restoring it said it had restored successfully and I needed to restart the computer. When I restart I get error messages

Panic(CPU 0 caller 0xffffff80005418bf) :"Process 1 exec of /Sabin/launched failed, etcetera .

A half page of dos like text.

Have tried to restore multiple times using the first, last and middle dates.

The disk utility says everything is ok. Is it possible my backups where corporates since my hard drive had problems. My hard was working before I had it replaced, the authorized apple technician said my hard was slightly damaged and should be replace to fix my performance issues.
