I do not have a store menu when I select iTunes.

How do you get the store menu when.you select iTunes?

Open itunes.

Look at thetop of hyour computer screen for the word "Store" Click it

If you are using a PC, you may need to reveal it, which I think might be achieved by pressing cmd-s.
