What is a normal charge capacity after 6 months?

after 134 cycles my 6 month old Macbook pro has a full charge capacity of 1928mah. (From researchig it seems that a new battery is around 7000mah). I was hoping that after 6 months the battery's condition would still be "Normal" if not "Good" but it already says Service Battery. it lasts 2 or so hours when i use the internet and 3 or so hours when i don't.

if this is unusual and it is a mechanical problem... does anybody know if can i change my battery without charge?

if this is normal then what can i do to extend its life? will recalibrating it often help?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

My 18 month old MBP has 100% charge, but only 33 cycles.

I keep mine on wall power when near a socket, and run it on battery down to 40% at least once a month.

But I never run it dead, as that shortens battery life.

Nor sure if they will charge for a replacement ... never had to ask that question.

Do not calibrate your battery. It is not necessary for your MBP. Look at these articles that will supplement steve359 advice:
