Damaged of broken TS files

I am recording with a HD TV receiver. It all works well. The recorder is recording .TS files. Once the broadcast is recorded, I transfer the files with FTP to my computer. On my computer I convert the TS Files to MP4 files (m4v) for Apple TV. It all works well.

But from time to time I have a damaged or broken TS file and I am not able to convert a broken or damaged files. On the internet I can't find a repair tool for TS files for Mac.

Is there someone who knows how to repair these files? Or knows where to find the proper repair software?
