i have an i-phone 4s what can i do to hear better. the receiver volume can increased but the hearing volume cannot be increased or decreased.

i have an iphone 4s and i am hearing impaired. how do i hear better on this phone? the ringer can be turned up and down but the receiver for people that cant hear well are s-o-l
