Hi! I have a Blue iPod Touch 5g there's engraving on it, I'm starting to dislike the color and I really want pink now, nothing is wrong with the iPod and everything works perfectly, I just really want a different color. Could I exchange it for a different color??

Non-engraved devices have a 14-day return period. But engraved makes it not usable even as refurbished without more parts replaced, which is counter to the easy-turnaround of returned devices as replacements for others.

Apple can just place a new back on the iPod and sell it as a refurbished one. The say as if it was not engraved and opened and then returned.
I would contact Apple.
