Can I use my MacBook Pro Retina as a display to connect my PlayStation 3 via HDMI to play or watch videos?
If the answer is " yes " how is it possible?

I believe that only the 27" iMac allows for video input. Though external displays have come down in price considerably, like less then 200$ for a 24" 1080p with HDMI & DVI.
