It was a voice memo I recorded of my kids singing in the car and it seems to be less kb quality than it's supposed to. how can I check what other songs are not icoud eligible on this new itunes version?
You could use the create iPod version option in iTunes to make it eligible.
You can add iCloud status to the list view and then sort them by this category.
