Mankind The Story of All of Us not syncing all shows to 1st Gen Apple TV

I bought Mankind The Story of All of Us and ony the last 2 shows will sync to My Apple TV 1st Gen. I have 4 of these Apple TV's 1sy Gen and all of them are displaying this same issue. The only 2 shows that sync were the last 2 episodes. All the epsodes seem to have the same file characteristics same screen layout bit rate etc.. I have tried several things I have deleted and redownloaded the content and tried resyncing...Not working still. I have the latest version of software. I also boutght The Men WHo Built America and all of those shows sync and play fine.

I have the 3rd Gen Apple TV and that one works fine.

Anyone having these same issues.
