edited photos showing wrong size

Good morning all..

I'm expiriencing a weird behaviour, related over externally edited photoes.

In practice i have iPhoto interpreting a 4928x3264 like a 1596x1057 pixel.

I already tried to use "option+alt" options (tried all 4 of them), anyway i get that after fixing/rebuilding db or thumbs (option 2 and 3)

it gets fixed for a while, but after restarting iPhoto, it goes back to that wrong size.

This is not just a wrong label over the screen, becouse even the zoom factor gets involved,

so that i am not able to zoom in/out in the right way..

I have checked the real modified file for it, and size is the right one.

Any suggestion?

Thanks in advance.

Original files are raw,

i have the "use raw on external edit" switched off,

so my external edit flow starts from jpeg files created by iphoto.

Anyway, when iPhoto shows the wrong size metadata, if i use "File"->"Show in Finder"-> "Edited file",

the jpeg that gets targeted presents valid metadata and a valid preview.

Kinda weird...

P.S.: merry christmas everybody 🙂
