The best place to start is by following the recommendation here at: Apple Support Communities Use Agreement

It contains an email address to the Apple Community Admin Team - probably your first port of call.

As the original post is quite old now, it might be that you have achieved your aim already. But we post anyway because most others who have asked the same question, have been met with unhelpful and quite flippant remarks, usually along the lines of go away.

Hopefully this response will provide a satisfactory conclusion to many.

Fortunately times change. Now if you want your user name changed just ask and we'll pass the request on to the hosts.

Nobody said, or even implied, that Niel's response was flippant. We simply observed that other responses, in other threads very similar to this one, do indeed meet with such.

Unfortunately that's true and there's a reporting system to have those kind of remarks removed. Also unfortunately since Niel was the only person to reply it appears your comments were directed towards him. Glad we have all that cleared up
