is it cheat? the first time I face this funny event.

yesterday,I purchased the game "AVENGER initiative" $1 token, it showed purchase not complete, thus, I try more than 4 times, today, I check my bill, it have 4 times purchased histroy in pending in my bank statement, what happen??? Ps:I just checked game, it still no any token purchased.
