Airplay and Denon Receiver

I have a iPad/iPhone/Mac Book Pro and would like to play music via airplay from those to my Denon A/V receiver. My Denon receiver is network ready but is not in the same room as my wireless router. Is there a way to setup some kind of wireless network so that I use airplay?
