Does the iPod Touch (5th generation) have Nike+ support and a pedometer so that I workout without a sensor?

Does the iPod Touch (5th generation) have Nike+ support and a pedometer so that I workout without a sensor? I know the new iPod Nano has this capability but was wondering if the new 5th generation iPod Touch could do the same? 😕

The built-in Nike app requires the separate sensor. Using this app uses the sensors already in the iPod touch.
