Q: can not load 'find my iphone' from windows?

On my PC (WIN 7 enterprise, service pack1) at work, I can not "find my Iphone". I got the following msg "there is a problem loading the application", can some one help me with this?

I got the same msg for iwork too !!!

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.1

To enable iCloud on your Windows PC, first set up iCloud on your other devices, then install the iCloud Control Panel for Windows...
