In my ipad under notes i have all notes, from my pc, icloud and xxxxx.yahoo.com my email, how do i transfer all notes to my pc note account

In my ipad 2 under notes i have 4 accounts 1. all notes, 2. from my pc, 3. icloud and xxxxx.yahoo.com my email, how do i transfer all notes to my pc note account

Or from one account to another

All notes account has 460 notes

From my pc account has 360 notes

Every time i sync with outlook only the notes under my pc from ipad is sync not all notes

How do i copy from all notes account to my pc account
