I will be reformating my windows 7 64bit harddrive on my computer.

I will have to reformat my computer soon due to it being over crowded with junk. I run windows 7 64 bit system. I already have my iPhone 4s backed up many times via iTunes on my computer. My question is after I reformat my computer how do I get iTunes to reconize my phone on this computer again? Do I just reinstall iTunes and plug the phone back into it or what?. If someone could refer me to a set of instructions I could print out and save I would be very thankfull. I dont want to screw something up.
