I'm running Windows 7 service pack 3 and just installed the new version of iTunes. I'm recieving a compatibilty issue, that says iTunes is running in an order version of windows. I have deleted all the Apple files and reinstalled them, the issue persist. iTunes will not recoginze any of my devices. I tried to reset compatibily based on the instructions on the web site, but the options to reset were not offered to me. Please help.
