Song won't play on my iPhone?

I bought a song on iTunes on my phone. It is listed in my music library, but whenever I touch it to play the song, it skips over it and starts playing a random song in my music collection. This might be because when I bought the song, it was downloading on iTunes and I played it when it was about 3/4 done downloading.

I payed $1.29 for this song and I can't try to buy it again because iTunes says that I already have it. Should I delete it and buy it again?

I just wish this wouldn't of happened because it put a big damper on my day :(
