How do I transfer my apps from my iPad to my iTunes, I knew how to do it on the last iTunes but can't right click anything to do so?

I think that is still for iTunes 10? How do I do it iTunes 11? I cant find the button?
Hi,
After having the same problem for 1 hour, I finally found a solution.
1. In top menu, chose VIEW and "SHOW SIDE BAR".
2. Now, a new bar appears which contains a Plus and a cog-weel. Under the latter menu, the option "TRANSFER PURCHASES" appear.
Incredibly hard to find... assume it will be fixed for a later version of Itunes.
I solved it myself yesterday and forgot to take this off, but will give you the points. :) Thanks anyway!
