Q: Recover deleted contacts

I didnt realize my icloud was logged in to my wife's laptop and I was removing all my contacts from the facetime since we've created her a facetime account. We wanted my contacts removed, so i removed them all.However, big problem I lost them all from my phone... Is there a way to recover those.

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.2), iCloud

Were they ever backed up?

I didnt back them up on icloud. I beleive my timecapsule might have, would that restore them?
